I'm Martin. I've been an engineer since I was sixteen — Bernina, Brother and Juki at Maynells of Middlesbrough, and we sold Yamata there too. Every machine I sell is built and bench-tested here, then delivered to Ashington in person, installed where it's going to work, and you're trained on it before I leave. When it needs servicing, I come to you.
